About the Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our fuel cell initiatives. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and external partners to ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule while meeting the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.


• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders and senior
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring alignment among team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee all project activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and researchers, to ensure
seamless integration of activities and achievement of project goals.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout
the project lifecycle.
• Track project expenses, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Generate regular project status reports, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation measures to
senior management.
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations.

Essential Knowledge/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a related industry or field.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Desirable Knowledge/ Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in fuel cell projects or related clean energy


• Passion for clean energy technologies and a commitment to sustainability.
